What We Do

Necessaria Marketing is a comprehensive agency with the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies for nonprofit organizations that produce real results. Our goal is to help you reach your goal. Your mission is important to us. We know that your team puts in countless hours of volunteer time in order to help the community. We can help you meet your teams’ expectations by fine-tuning your existing fundraising and marketing efforts. We can also assess your planning and resources in order to help you define new directions and methods of implementation.

Many nonprofit organizations often find themselves stretched by their limited resources. Many simply don’t have enough staff to accomplish everything that needs to be done. This is where Necessaria can prove to be beneficial. Whether it is one specific area that needs assistance or if it is a comprehensive look at all matters related to your fundraising and marketing efforts, we can help.

 

Rate Information

Hourly Rate:
Our standard hourly rate for approved 501C3 organizations is $55.00 per hour, with a minimum of one hour. Projects exceeding $1,000 require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining fees are invoiced upon delivery of the completed project.

Rush Rate:  Projects that require a turn-around of less than 24 hours are subject to an increased hourly rate.

Retainer Plans:
Special retainer rates are available to those who use our services on a regular basis. Retainers require a minimum of 20 service hours per month and a three month minimum contract. Retainer fees are invoice at the beginning of each month.

Referral Program:
Because we believe referrals can benefit everyone, we offer a referral program. Please contact us for more information for complete details.
